I had posted a review for your product which was completely defective. You didn't bother to ask if I needed a refund or replacement. I don't care if you post this review or not but kindly process my refund. Also, the reason I wanted refund was because I have to pay the same price for the customs as shipping! I wasn't aware of this! Firstly, I don't want to pay again for the import duty taxes for your product twice. Secondly, your packaging for such a delicate product is worse than simple products I've ordered online! In case the new product I get is the same then I'm in a complete loss. I'm already at a loss for paying 10k for the shipping and import customs duty for your defective product and completely dissappointed with your products and service. Kindly help me with the refund process ASAP. Thank you.
