“First pic was bent and printed in landscape instead of portrait. they did a good job of getting my refund. I ordered the same pic again, this time it was undamaged but still printed in landscape. I replied to customer service but have yet to hear back from them. Disappointed”

“My metal print arrived with a significantly bent upper left corner. When I unpacked the print, there was no foam or protection on any of the corners. Easy canvas sent me a second print to replace the first, bent print. However, that second print arrived with two bent corners. One of which was bent far worse. In other words, the second replacement was more damaged than the first print.”

“So disappointed. Ordered the largest size print in metal and when it arrived it was some other customer’s photograph, and with the edges all bent. When I contacted the company they said they would send the correct print. I said to please be sure to protect the corners. The correct print arrived a while later (not expedited) and the corners are all bent. The company sends in simple cardboard with no corner protection, not wise.”

“For the most part I am very pleased with my picture but I did find some white spots in my photo that are not part of the original picture. I tried to remove them, but it’s part of the print. The packaging was great and the mounting material on the back was easy to use.”
