“All 3 metal prints I ordered were damaged. It did not have to happen, but the packing was poor. I had purchased canvas prints in the past and thought I would try metal prints. That was a huge mistake and now I am simply trying to get a refund for my order and it has been a challenge for the last 3 weeks. Very very disappointing!!!”

“Excellent company to work with. My print arrived damaged and printed sideways do to an error on the web site. Customer service, Hayfa, was prompt and proffessional and rectified the problem and another correct print is on its way... Thank”
