“the color was great, delivery was good - everything was good except there's a very noticable vertical black line on the left side af the print about one centimeter in from the edge. maybe a roller or something that drives the metal through the printer.”

“I placed a large order and one of the metal prints from the order had a few flaws. I reached out to the support team with Easy Canvas, but it is taking quite a long time for anyone to get back to me to resolve the issue. This art was to be for sale, so it has cost me time that it could have been displayed in a store. I am not quite sure if I will place more orders with the company unless that can stand behind their product in a timely way. I will follow up.”
