“Didn’t receive the print I ordered, but instead received someone else’s order. I re-ordered this print and contacted support and they refunded me for the print after confirming the details of what I actually received. I’ve been ordering from this site for several years and this has never happened before, but was handled in a timely manner. Not sure who received my print! My other metal prints were perfect. I’ve always ordered canvas prints and decided to try the metal prints and I’m very pleased with the results!”

“Just what I was hoping for-great quality printing, smooth edges. I like that the hanging block causes the print to be raised off the wall for added dimension. Very nice piece!”

“Metal print arrived bent on all corners and clearly had been stepped on during shipping. I would not recommend ordering metal prints due to the poor quality of the box that it is shipped in. I've filed a complaint so to recoupe funds and have had to deal with two different representatives both asking for the same photos and more information. Moral of the story, I've ordered 50-70 prints and never had an issue. This is the first metal prints and they are not good. Would not recommend these to anyone. Fix the shipping containers and perhaps I would reconsider.”

“Not good, I never received my order. I tracked the order and they said it’s being returned to the sender. The order was to be delivered prior to Christmas……. And now I have nothing….”
