“This is a nice picture with quality. However it was delivered with two damaged corners that were bent. This made it not an awesome image that it could have been.”

“The image itself is stunningly beautiful. I mean absolutely gorgeous! Where ECP falls short are two things. One, the aluminum it's printed on is much thinner than a competitor I use. Two, combine thin metal with super flimsy packaging, I mean, seriously, a single layer of corrugated cardboard for protection, which, ironic as this may seem, bends rather easily. and you have a recipe for damaged art. ECP redid my image a second time, and to their credit, the bends in this one were easier to fix with clamps. I gave ECP a shot, but until they do something about their poor standard packaging, I will go elsewhere.”

“It was damaged in shipping, this was a replacement for the first metal print, that was also damaged in shipping. The packaging just doesn't protect the image.”

“I ordered 2 metal prints. When they arrived, they were beautiful, but one was slightly bent on the corner. I got in touch with customer service and they immediately sent me a new one. I am very pleased with their product and customer service.”
