“After the first print came damaged and the reorder was sorted out with customer service the second (replacement) arrived damaged in the exact same place the first was though not nearly as bad. I bent it back and just dealt with it as this was a gift for my wife for Mother’s Day which was already delayed due to the first being damaged. If it was packaged better with support under the parts of the print where the mount was absent (like I suggested when in contact about the original order) the bend would not have happened.”
