“This 30x20 metal print was sandwiched inside a single, flattened Target store cardboard box, with no other protection from the usual banging a package receives in shipment. The metal print was loosely taped in the collapsed box. Some of the tape naturally was shaken loose. As a result of the poor packaging for shipment, two edges of the metal print were bent.”

“The picture though is beautiful framed, I received it with a bad wrapped in which the photo was damaged by the heavy handling while in transit. The plastic holding the picture with tapes was not secured properly reason why one corner of my metal picture was bended, and a little plastic got stuck to the picture itself, do not want to peel it afraid it will damaged the picture even more. I am dissapointed. However, all of my other pictures i ordered were ok.”

“The print arrived with slight damage to two of the corners where it had gotten bent. The packaging to prevent damage is minimal. I'm quite happy with the way it turned out but I was hoping for better definition. I understood that software can fill in extra pixels as the print is enlarged but they didn't seem to do that. Nevertheless, for the cost, I'd happily do it again. It looks great!”
