“I have received a number of metal photos that were not packaged well. Ended up being bent. The package did not seem damaged, but there was a slight bend on the metal prints. Print quality is good.”

“Was shipped in a bigger box to prevent damage. Print came out fine. The only thing is that the backing was put on upside down. Had to drill a hole to hang it. It is hung and proudly displayed. Thanks!!”

“The firm appears to be incapable of producing a landscape orientation metal print that has a properly positioned and oriented hanging block. I got one that had the hanging block positioned for a portrait orientation, but also off-center, even for that. I complained and they agreed to produce a new one, but upon receipt, the second effort proved to be identical to the first. Both are useless and cannot be hung. The firm has successfully produced several canvas prints for me, both portait and landscape orientations. I noted the metal prints seemed to come from a different location - I suspect the firm is subcontracting the metal prints to another firm. But both appear to be unable and/or unwilling to do the job correctly. Don't waste your time or money on ordering a metal print from this firm.”
