“I purchased a metal print. It has a wooden block on the back for hanging. The metal was bent during shipping. So there is a square crease in the middle of the print. The quality of the print was good and the price was reasonable. But disappointed with the damage during shipping. I suggest better packaging or shipping without the hanger. I hung it in the corner of my garage and living with it.”

“The fabrication was great; the color was off and a white stripe was at the top of the medal where apparently the image had slipped down. I could not gift it and got a canvas wrap that was wonderful. The packaging was a bit difficult in that it was face down in a poly bag which had so much packing tape I was fearful it would hurt the image. It was difficult to get out of the box and bag and tape without getting the tape on the front and keeping the image from being scraped by the packing material.”

“They sent me someone else’s picture. I sent them an email and also called their customer service to solve the problem. I was told to email them a copy of front and back of the wrong picture that I have received and they would take care of it immediately, I immediately sent them the copies of the picture but after more than a week, no one has responded to my email or called me back.”

“I was really disappointed. I had this photo printed on two formats. Metal and canvas. Loved the canvas but the metal appears to have had some bleeding in the reflection of the tree in the channel.”
