“Photo shows white border at top. Print quality error on the right side. Although the white border may have been my error the print quality error on the right side is not. Photo is usable in current state.”

“Worst experience with a photo metal print ever. The image is very blurry and the edges if the image are scratched up from not being properly packaged. All other companies I have ordered from provide an alert if the image resolution is not sufficient for the product/size selected. There was no indication that the photo i uploaded was bad resolution for the item selected. In addition, the preview of what the item would look like was so small it was hard to tell what the final product would look like. I tried to contact customer service but the number was not valid and the feedback form submit button did not work. Terrible product, terrible packaging, seriously terrible customer service. I have shared this experience on Trustpilot as well as my social media platforms and pretty much everyone i know. I had to order from another company who luckily got it to me in time for Christmas and it turned out perfect. If you can't deliver a good product and good customer service you should not be in business. Honestly you don't even deserve a rating of 1 star.”

“I LOVE metal prints! Framed or not, now I no longer have to worry about my prints-on-paper fading or sticking to the glass in the frame, or getting scrunched up in transit! You can bet I'll be ordering more metal and canvas prints!”

“To get the image you are intending, you may need to brighten the image and perhaps punch the color. I find this print to be drab compared to my calibrated monitor rendering. That said, in natural daylight, I am pleased about what I purchased.”
