“When I received the picture, the picture itself was awesome but it was bent in shipment on both ends of the left side. The packaging did show where it looked it is was droipped to possibly bend them. I contacted the company and they offered either a reprint at no charge or a refund. This was the first time using this company so I thouoght I would have them reprint it to see if it arrives any better, giving them a 2nd chance. It is scheduled to arrive in a couple of days. They are very fast in the turn around time in shipping the prints/canvas/mental prints out. The 2 representatives that I chatted with were very helpful and will probably order more and definately recommend them.”

“Print quality is fine, but both pieces arrived with several small scratches. I could tell they weren't from shipping because it was obvious that someone had attempted to buff one of them out. Disappointing, especially since I paid extra for the protective coating. Wouldn't purchase again.”
