“To get the image you are intending, you may need to brighten the image and perhaps punch the color. I find this print to be drab compared to my calibrated monitor rendering. That said, in natural daylight, I am pleased about what I purchased.”

“I questioned the hanger for a metal print, thinking it was installed incorrectly. Sent in a video and picture, as instructed, and never heard anything back. After several days I called - was disconnected once with customer and then called back later that day. After a long chat, and a long time on hold, I was finally told that the hanger was correct. I understand, but think it is a bad design that allows for too much movement of the print - but accept that. I still am disappointed that I didn't receive a response or any communication after sending in the request for review/detail.”

“The 14x12 prints were underexposed compared to the same print in size 7x5. The sky was dark gray vs blue. I was pleased with customer service who communicated that the 14x11 woukd be reprinted & shipped, but have not heard anything further. I was hoping to have by xmad”
