“I asked for a reprint December first because it is too dark and you can’t see the dogs eyes. They keep saying it’s under review. I’m so disappointed with their customer service.”

“Print in metal was a huge disappointment. First it was very thin metal. It was not packed well and the this metal was damage on each corner. Waiting for refund after requested package. Not my first order with this company, may be my last”

“The photo print was great, but it arrived with the corner edges bent which I had to twist back to shape as best as I could. Poor packaging to protect from trasportation.”

“No happy! Cut off my head and want to return but do not see any return possibilities. The framed picture came out wonderfully. Same picture. I also got someone else metal print. I feel awful because my name was on it and I don’t know who it belongs too! They must be very upset they have not gotten their order.”

“The print itself was very beautiful high quality. However, the shipping packaging was horrible. It was covered in thin plastc in thin cardboard. The package arrived opened and damaged with bends in the aluminum on 3 of 4 corners.”
