“I’m very disappointed with how the metal prints turned out. The images are dark, blurry, and lack the sharpness I expected—especially since I submitted high-resolution, professional photography. These were meant to be a birthday gift, which makes the outcome even more frustrating. I’m still waiting for a resolution and hope this can be addressed promptly.”

“The prints were OK, compared to some of the prints I have seen for sale by some photographers, which were produced by other companies. The metal edges were not so "cheap looking", but I am not sure what the reason is for that and haven't talked to any of them. But when I am at the point of selling my metal prints, I will want something better looking present a better value (and sell price) for them. Otherwize, I am on my third go around to get this order completed correctly, and the ball is back in the hands of Easy Canvas to provide a product as ordered. I won't get into the details of this, but hope we can get to a resolution this time.”
