“It was damaged in shipping, this was a replacement for the first metal print, that was also damaged in shipping. The packaging just doesn't protect the image.”

“I ordered 2 metal prints. When they arrived, they were beautiful, but one was slightly bent on the corner. I got in touch with customer service and they immediately sent me a new one. I am very pleased with their product and customer service.”

“Had to have it re-printed because it arrived with bent cormers from shipping. I would recommned that you package the metal prints in much sturdier packaging for future orders. Shipping companies are hard on things.”

“Arrived with all four corners bent along with another bend. Obviously occurred during transit, but packaging does nothing to protect from damage.”

“I’m so disappointed in this metal print!! The backing that allows to hang was not attached correctly because it “Fell Off The Wall”!!! I reapplied, held onto the backing, waited a day and hung up again. It fell again. The adhesive is faulty!!!! Now what am I supposed to do??!! The corner of the metal print is now dented because it kept falling off the wall!!! Never ordering again!”
