“The images printed OK, but the large print arrived to me damaged. Customer support replaced it with a second print...also damaged. The corners were bent in and the image itself had blemishes that are very visible due to the reflective nature of the prints. The packaging was minimal at best and did not provide enough protection.”

“One of our metal prings had a bend on the lower left hand corner on arrival. The other was "framed" with white space on all four sides, which wasn't shown when I finalized the print when ordering.”

“I have now had two sent both damaged beyond any type of repair. Why can’t you pad these better for shipping? Bubble wrap padded corners and edges!”
