“was disappointed that the print arrived with a dent in the corner, it had been dropped, outer packaging was ok so looks like it was dropped before shipping, then 2 days later the mounting block on the back fell off, the image on the print is good but the dent makes it almost unusable.”

“Damaged upon arrival. Customer service was non existent in replacing . I have spent thousands of dollars with this company for years and I am now going to look for someone else to do my art prints. With the amount of money that I spend every year, you should have expedited this to me immediately. I have now lost a sale to a client.”
