“I purchased a large metal photo of our son for my husband’s birthday. Unfortunately, someone else’s random photo showed up, and with the corners bent. I am still awaiting the print of our son, but the rep who responded to my email said they don’t have any say over the packaging so they will pass my message along requesting that the corners be protected. If the correct photo is sent (in metal, in your largest size, packed in just cardboard with no reinforced corner protection) I am quite concerned that it too will arrive with bent corners, so even if the photo is correct this time, it may be a waste.”

“Well, I submit my photo for a metal print with a border. And I received it without the border. So, l'm hoping Canvas Prints will fix the error.”

“The image appears darker on the metal than when printed on paper. The packaging was poor, leading to the metal being bent. I am emailing back and forth with support.”

“While the prints themselves come out nice, not enough care is put into shipping them properly. This is especially true for the 24 x 36 size ones where I even received a replacement order that was badly damaged. They need to be packed with Styrofoam or something to keep them from bending. Even a few of the other smaller ones that I ordered came with dings in them.”
