“8" X 10" - First time - Photo looked good until I noticed several areas of the photo damaged when installing the pad on the backside, apparently from hot glue. So, no good and called for a replacement. Recieved the replacement - No damage from hot glue when installing the pad on the backside. However, the printing of the photo was far less quality than the first, evidently due to a lack of ink in the cartridges or dirty nozzles. Horizontal lines could easily be seen across the photo and the color was a completely different shade.”

“I ordered larger Acrylic prints. All 3 I ordered turned out much darker than I thought. This is more my fault than your printing. I am considering reordering 2 of the three. Thanks in advance to whoever reads this note and replies.”
