“Quality is horrible and it cannot be displayed. Color is so dark and image is pixelated. Never order an acrylic print from here.”

“My print was 12 x 18 of my partner who recently passed it came out better than I imagined. My only complaint is the packaging. The tape they used got on the print and left residue that doesn’t come off with soap and water, so I have to research what type of cleaner to use. I’m using it as part of a memorial so the other pieces on top of the picture are not part of the acrylic print”

“Terrible experience so far. One order arrived and the quality was horrible - dark and blurry. Didn’t match the picture I sent. Customer service number doesn’t work and I finally received an email back asking for a picture of what I received and never heard back. My second order never arrived and I paid rush delivery and when I track, just says processing. I will never use this company again just on terrible customer service to start and I hope they make it better by at least giving me a refund. I’m so disappointed and these were family portraits.”
