“The picture I received is not the exact one as sent and the top of the dogs head is touching the top of the end result and was to have been as originally sent with some space above the head.”

“8" X 10" - First time - Photo looked good until I noticed several areas of the photo damaged when installing the pad on the backside, apparently from hot glue. So, no good and called for a replacement. Recieved the replacement - No damage from hot glue when installing the pad on the backside. However, the printing of the photo was far less quality than the first, evidently due to a lack of ink in the cartridges or dirty nozzles. Horizontal lines could easily be seen across the photo and the color was a completely different shade.”
