“I recently ordered an acrylic print from Easy Canvas Prints, and unfortunately the experience was pretty disappointing overall. When the product arrived, the packaging was clearly inadequate. The print was supposed to be suspended in the center of the box, but instead it had fallen to the bottom and was sliding around during shipping. As a result, the edges were damaged, there were scuffs on the surface, and even tape residue stuck to the front of the print. The print quality itself also didn’t match what I submitted. The image came out significantly darker than the original photo, to the point where facial details were lost, and it looked noticeably grainy despite being uploaded in high resolution. It didn’t resemble the file I sent in. Customer service was polite and responsive at first, but the explanation I received after their internal review didn’t really make sense for the product I ordered. It felt like my concerns were only partially addressed, and several of the issues I raised weren’t acknowledged. That said, after pushing back and clearly outlining the problems, they ultimately did issue a full refund, which I do appreciate. Overall, while I’m glad the situation was resolved financially, the product quality and initial handling of the issue didn’t meet expectations. I’d be cautious ordering something time-sensitive or high-quality from here.”

“Sadly, after two attepts, the print received is not usable. The quality was fine, but the image was so very RED on both attempts, even after pointing out the initial print's redness. I will not be using this company again.”

“The first time they sent me somebody elses photo. They reprinted it. The second one the hanging block on the back was in the wrong orientation, vertical instead of horizontal, and not removeable without damaging the print. They refused to fix it and would only refund it saying they could not count on them remaking it correctly. Dissapointed after many years of buying and they messed up 2 of 3 acrylics on this order. The print quality on the second image was very good, they just need people to do QC.”
