“I used this photo of my brother on a camel as a Christmas gift for him. The initial photo was a ittle dark, but I couldn't find a place on the website to lighten the photo. the end product was very dark and youcan't rally see his face. I wish this could have been corrected.”

“Absolutely terrible, print came damaged then time was wasted on my end, I thought they were sending me a reprint and a week later, customer service can not locate the reprint and gave me one option of a refund. It’s really frustrating because I really needed the reprint and not a refund.”

“Purchased this for a friend that was gifting it to her mother. The photo film did not adhere and was cut short on two corners. I spoke to customer service who sent me a response to look at the proof attached, nothing was attached and I responded with photos of the issue noted. No response yet and I gave my friend the photo to give to her mother, noting the poor quality the Acrylic arrived with. Will definitely think twice before ordering another item.”

“My print arrived in a box that was sized for a poster sized print. It was wrapped in a plastic bag and taped to a piece of cardboard. In shipping the tape broke free ripping the bag and the tape became attached to the back of the back side of the print which was on a Acrylic. This is wear the ink is printed, so when the tape pulled on the print it removed the ink ruining the print. I contacted customer support and they requested photos of the damage. I provided then and after a few days agreed to replace the print but did nothing to do that. I contacted them and the eventually told me it would take three weeks. It only took one week to get the original. I kept getting emails asking me how my expericance was. I told them I don't know yet I still don't have the print. We went back and forth over this issue. I don't think anybody there knows what is going on. I eventually asked for a refund.”
