“I won't be using this service again. I have before without issue, but this last simple framed photograph is absolutely the last. All they did was fame the photo upside-down, which in of itself is inexcusable. But then the customer service continues to argue with me that they cannot see what the problem is. Sure, I can easily fix their mistake, and I am going to. But then I didn't need to pay for their service in the first place, did I?”
