I did not receive my 16x20 frame. I was given a delivery date of 09/25 when I ordered on 09/19. Then when I called my brother to see if he received it a couple of days after the date he said no. I saw that the delivery date changed to 10/17. I checked the status today 10/11 to ensure it wasn't delivered early and it shows that the new delivery date is 10/25. I reached out to the company via chat and asked for the tracking number and Jazzy D stated that it was delivered and received on 9/25 a date that I mentioned initially in my question to her/him. I asked for the tracking number again and when I got one and checked it, it was for a delivery on that date in Denton, TX not Tolleson, AZ. When I told her that she/he kept saying it was delivered while ignoring the many pictures I sent as well as writing that the tracking number they provided was for a different state all together. Then she/he apologized and that they were juggling multiple chats giving information on other people's location and orders. Jazzy D gave me "the correct tracking number" which when I checked online showed Tolleson, AZ now and delivered 09/25 but when I called UPS while still on chat with Jazzy D, the customer service rep for UPS stated that the address does not match the delivery address attached to the tracking number the company has provided. Then when expressing that to Jazzy D, she/he stated it shows delivered and I may have typed in the tracking number wrong. I stated I copied and pasted it from the chat. Jazzy D gave me the tracking number again and I copied and put it in the UPS tracking website and it was the same one. Called UPS again to verify the third tracking number given and UPS confirmed that the delivery address did not match the tracking number provided. I also gave my address which was the billing address and that address did not match either. When I told Jazzy D about that she stated that UPS systems must be down. I stated that to the representative over the phone and she stated that they were not down. The UPS representative asked what city again was it to be delivered to and I said Tolleson, AZ and she stated that was not the city nor the state listed. Then after an hour on chat, Jazzy D offered to send a reprint, and I stated I wanted a refund. I also asked for an email confirming the refund. She/He did not confirm my email address with me before sending it and when I asked if they had my email she finally wrote what my email was. I kept JAzzy D on the chat to ensure I received the email. I have screenshotted all the messages on chat and will be sending to the BBB. This is beyond upsetting. This canvas was for my brother and his wife to have. Our mother died two years ago and we do not have any other pictures with my mom and my dad together other than when she was sick. This was a surprise for my baby brother and to have this happen with no communication or tracking number given SCREAMS scam.

I purchased this for a Christmas present for my son and he will treasure it for a lifetime! It is beautiful!!

Did not get 8x10 prints. We did 16x20 prints and two 18x36 canvas. Came in a timely manner. I would suggest you use all the hanging kits that you offer for the canvas, or teach someone how to put the standard hangers on correctly. Some of them were not on evenly and had to be re-done. Also, one frame was not squared off. Another thing, when you print out a picture and it looks pixilated(grainy), reach out to the client to see if they can send another or at least let them accept the one. All in all the pictures completed our new office. Thank you

You cropped my photo and cut out all the background and printed just the front of the vehicle. My last name at the bottom of this review is incorrect. Last name is Russo, not Aitlinger.
