“Did not get 8x10 prints. We did 16x20 prints and two 18x36 canvas. Came in a timely manner. I would suggest you use all the hanging kits that you offer for the canvas, or teach someone how to put the standard hangers on correctly. Some of them were not on evenly and had to be re-done. Also, one frame was not squared off. Another thing, when you print out a picture and it looks pixilated(grainy), reach out to the client to see if they can send another or at least let them accept the one. All in all the pictures completed our new office. Thank you”
