“One of the photo frames was delivered in pieces. After speaking to two different reps for your company, I finally got a link to send photos ~ which I did ~ twice. I’ve never heard from anyone since. The frames for all the prints are poor quality, and the customer service didmal. I’ve used your company for YEARS, and this has been quite a disappointing transaction.”
