“Picture was way too dark and printed on matte paper instead of photo paper. The frame was not good quality and worn out in the corners on the front. I thought the extra white space would be a mat, but it was just extra space on the same paper the photo was printed on. Also there was dust behind the frame (which you can't remove), and it was slightly punctured through the back. Backing is cardboard. Good customer service, though the process took weeks. Received a refund and would not order again.”
