“I ordered two canvas prints and one framed poster for Christmas gifts. When I got them in the mail they were so grainy and blurry looking and I was really disappointed in the quality. I called and spoke to someone on the phone who made me send “proof” of the quality over email and told me someone would be getting back to me. Needless to say that never happened so I have not gotten my refund back for these horrible quality prints that I didn’t even get to gift the way I intended. And mind you these were professional photos taken on a professional camera, so no reason they would be “bad quality” it is the company’s printing at fault. Would not recommended using this company whatsoever. I was out of money and out of Christmas gifts but I will be contacting them until I get my money back.”

“Never received the item because despite ordering this well before Christmas, and choosing shipping 5-7 business days, when I checked the estimated delivery date it was January 9th which would have been a month after ordering. When I reached out to “customer service” they replied that I should have chosen expedited shipping at checkout…. There was no need for expedited shipping because the one I chose would have had the print at my home the week before Christmas. Will likely never order again. Still waiting on my refund.”

“The picture was blurry and very pixilated… look awful! Would not recommend this product.. stick with the canvas. I am also disappointed in the customer service. I sent in a request for reprint or refund over 2 weeks ago and have not heard anything back.”
