There is a very good leather and holds together very well for a very reasonable price. We have always stayed with Wilson and a 2000 but this is a fantastic love for an 11 year-old. Now as far as the customer service goes, I couldn't get a hold of anyone all automated and emails. We waited 9+ weeks for the glove, but it was supposed to be 5 to 6 and I never talk to a live person only through email that would be answered a week later.

This is an outstanding catcher mitt both in quality and pricing for the materials used to assemble. This is my son’s second catcher mitt from 44 and would only consider getting another when/if needed from 44.

My son wanted a new catchers give for his 9th birthday. He made several designs and finally settled on one. He loves it. We are still breaking it in. The glove is VERY stiff.

Great quality glove built as ordered. Does fit a little larger then compared to other brands which I find consistent with all 44 gloves.

I ordered a glove on Nov 1st. 8 whole days before the “guaranteed Christmas delivery” cut off date which was advertised as Nov 9th. Updates were frequent until it got to the “packing and shipping.” No updates for weeks. When trying to contact the chat service on the website, “currently offline” was the only prompt received. Emailing generated a response that said I would have to wait up to 5 business days. Not until Christmas delivery was definitely not going to happen, did I get an apologetic email about how they were doing their best and it was out of their control and blaming FedEx. I received the glove the Monday after Christmas. Considering I placed my order a week ahead of the cut off date, I feel my equipment should have been delivered within the promised timeframe. This is the first time ever using this company and I’m not sure I will again. To make up for the inconvenience I was absent an email about receiving a $60 gift card. I think a $60 dollar refund would have been more appropriate. With the dissatisfaction I feel, giving me $60 to spend onto website doesn’t make me want to make more purchases.
