This was our first adventure in ordering a custom mitt and the experience was world class, from the ease of the website to the updates throughout the process and then the quality of the finished product, I can tell you how excited my son was with getting his first custom glove and what joy it brought to him bringing it to his first high school practice”
“The glove builder process was easy with a lot of options. The glove I received was exactly the glove I built online. The glove arrived on time for Christmas as promised. It’s a great glove and my son loves it.
There are 2 downsides but not enough to warrant taking a star away.
1. Some of the colors do no match. My son wanted cotton candy colors. They do not offer the exact same shade of pink and blue that they use for the leather in the laces. Very close, but not quite the same color.
2. I ordered it “game ready” broken in, and it was still very stiff. I had to pay extra to take it to a sporting goods store to have it steamed and broken in.”
