Baseball Infield Pro 44 Reviews

I have played baseball for over 35 years, owned gloves across all brands, have chosen same web design and size regularly for many years now and I have never put my hand into a more uncomfortable glove. The fingers are uncomfortable, the pocket will be interesting to see how it breaks in, and we will see how this leather actually holds up. For 250 I can get a heart of the hide or an A2000 that is extremely comfortable. Like many do when they get a new glove they show it off and the feedback has been the exact same feedback, with no influence from me. Needless to say probably wont be purchasing any more.

Ordered this glove for my son who is a high school ball player. We could not be any happier. The craftsmanship of this glove is the best I have ever seen. I only wish Pro 44 was around when I played. Also they kept us updated on what stage the glove was in as they were putting it together. Great company. If your son or daughter is playing ball you need to give this company a go, because they will not let you down!

This is my 3rd time writing this review. I left a one star review twice from the website but after a few days I noticed it wasn’t posted. I had to email them to allow me the opportunity to share my experience. I ordered two 44 Pro gloves (one youth). The Youth was solid. Leather felt buttery and solid padding in the palm and fingers for son. My glove, complete opposite. The leather felt extremely dry as if it was sitting out on the sidewalk in the sun for years. Zero padding in the palm and zero padding in the fingers. On a scale of 1-10, I’d have to give it a zero. For almost 300 bucks it is a COMPLETE let down. I would NOT recommend this product because the quality control is extremely inconsistent in my experience. I have a GG Elite which is about half the price and it blows my 44 out of the water. I’d equate my glove to putting your hand between two stuff pieces of cardboard, it’s just uncomfortable and I prefer to leave it in the garage.

We will definitely be buying from 44 again. So many customization options, it was almost overwhelming. Glove was received as depicted and appears to be made of very robust material. Overall, an outstanding experience.

I would just go to the next level up. The palm of the glove is very thin, feels cheap. I do like the webbing. This is my 3rd 44 glove but the first one I’ve had a problem with. My first two were the higher priced glove, should’ve stayed with that. You can find a comparable glove to this at Dicks for half the price.

Very nice glove. My son designed his own, and the colors were true to how they looked online, as was the stitching and customization. The leather also is legit. I wasn't familiar with kip leather, but it feels good on the hand.
