“We paid for the option for the glove to broken in and ready to use and this glove is so incredibly stiff! My son won’t even use it! It’s a huge disappointment. Everything else looks good but super stiff.”
“I ordered a custom glove for my son’s birthday and initially misunderstood the break-in options, selecting 90% player break-in thinking it would arrive nearly ready for him to use. I reached out to Pro 44, and they were incredibly helpful, kind, and understanding. They accepted the return and reworked the glove so it was properly broken in for a 12-year-old player.
The customer service alone was outstanding, but the quality of the glove itself truly exceeded expectations. It is noticeably better made than the A2000 we purchased a couple of years ago, which unfortunately began falling apart and had to be zip-tied just to stay usable.

“Ordered my son a glove in January for his spring season in March. Requested it to be “Game Ready” and I will definitely say don’t expect it to be actually game ready. That is the only reason we ordered it, expecting it to be ready in time for his season with minimal breaking in ourself. Was exactly the same stiffness as a friends glove that was ordered and did not option for game ready. The glove also came in with so much discoloration. I took photos right away and sent them in to customer service. Let me just say customer service with this company is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. It took over a week to hear back and once I did get that response it was such a vague response that just asked me what did I want done and that they did send his glove game ready. I had to respond again which took another week to hear back. By then I gave up that there would be no resolution at all. Ended up taking my son’s glove to Dicks Sporting Goods to get broken in myself twice. By the time I got the third response back it was about 3 weeks later and I let the customer service know I now had to take it myself to get broken in so returning was not an option. The rep responded that the discoloration came from us breaking it in. I was so upset I responded that we didn’t break the glove in until way after the photos due to their long wait time for responses. I gave up after they basically told me they could not do anything for me. I will never order another glove from here again. Do not waste your time. Go else where and do your research for sure. Definitely learned my lesson to not fall for the hype brands that obviously do not care about their customers.”
