“The process of building the glove was super fun for my son. Very excited but wish we were contacted during the actual build about an issue. My son chose the elephant print in spots and personalized writing on thumb and pinky. Turned out being totally blended in and looks sloppy. Changing the color of font would’ve been an easy fix but we were not aware of the situation. Definitely an oversight. Also I contacted customer service through email about it when we received the glove but never heard back. At the end of the day he picked out what he wanted but I feel it could’ve been avoided.”

“Glove is beautiful, came exactly as designed. However we chose the “game ready” option as the breaking option, and it is anything but that. Extremely difficult to break in.”
“I assisted my grandson with customizing and designs. Everything he requested was done perfectly up to and almost including the factory break-in. When we receive the glove, it was still pretty stiff, so I took it to a local sport shop, which has a experienced person that breaks in and modifies gloves, he did a great job and catching the break-in of the glove. When we got it back, it was just right this is something that you might want to attend to when you say a break-in is an option. It needs to be a total break-in, not a partial other than that he loves the glove and will use it for years to come come on. I’m right I’m right in the middle of writing something”
“I ordered my son's glove on a Wednesday evening at 9:39pm for his birthday. After some thought by my son, he want to eliminate a part of the design. So I called the following morning (Thursday) around 8am and spoke with a customer service agent. They told me it was too late to make the change. I asked to cancle the order since you can't make the change. They said no since they already started making the glove. Then I asked, my son birthday is in two weeks, will we get it in time. They said no, its a 7 week long process. It's unbelivalble that they couldn't accomidate my request less than 12 hours after I made the order, when there process takes 7 weeks. I have a $280 glove that my son doesn't like and I wasn't going to purchase another present since I over spent for the 44pro glove.
Be very careful if you are going to design and order a glove. 44 Pro customer service is not understanding or resonable.”

We did take a look into the details of your order, and we wanted to gently clarify that the glove was actually placed five days before the request to make a design change came in. Because each glove is fully custom and handcrafted to order, we begin production at most 24 hours after it's placed to stay on track with our production timelines. Once an order has entered production, we're unable to make edits or cancel it.
