“The glove is excellent and is exactly as I ordered it!! I made a mistake that my son didn't like and called to see about getting it changed. You can not alter the glove after you order it and receive it. I wanted to send it back and have them change out the web but they will not alter it after the fact. Again, this was my mistake not the companies mistake. I just wish I could send it back and get it changed is all.”
“The process of building the glove was super fun for my son. Very excited but wish we were contacted during the actual build about an issue. My son chose the elephant print in spots and personalized writing on thumb and pinky. Turned out being totally blended in and looks sloppy. Changing the color of font would’ve been an easy fix but we were not aware of the situation. Definitely an oversight. Also I contacted customer service through email about it when we received the glove but never heard back. At the end of the day he picked out what he wanted but I feel it could’ve been avoided.”
