“Ordered a custom youth glove for my son (8u) size 11-1/2”. Made a mistake on the initial order and wanted to add embroidery so reached out within 2 minutes of placing the order and was told that they cannot make any changes to the order. Asked if I could just cancel and reorder and was denied that as well. It’s spelled out pretty clearly that you can’t alter or cancel a custom order, I just thought it was pretty unreasonable considering I placed the order that same day and it has a 6 week lead time. When I finally got the glove (6 full weeks later), the quality was not what I was expecting considering the price point. On top of that, the size was completely off - too big and too heavy for my son to use. I compared to adult size 11-1/2” gloves (Rawlings HOH and Wilson A2000) and the 44 YOUTH glove was 1/2” bigger than both of those adult sized gloves and weighs more also. I reached out about that as well and included pictures of the comparison and was once given the run around. They told me they won’t accept a return but I could ship it back to them at my expense and they would evaluate the size. Overall horrible experience, there’s much better options out there just save yourself the trouble.”
