“We ordered these gloves for Christmas delivery. The only present our kids wanted was gloves. The website said guaranteed before Christmas. I emailed and followed up in early Decemeber and got an email back and was reassured guaranteed before Christmas. They didn't arrive for Christmas and the blame was put on Fedex. I was offered $50 in credit to use. I would have NEVER ordered these gloves if they werent going to arrive for Christmas. Would have ordered a different brand. Gloves are good but sour taste in the mouth for the experience and will be hard to reorder.”
