“Our 5th glove, loyal customers, this one was cut too big, customer service didn’t provide a solution, all in all it would have cost the multi million dollar business 17 dollars to make it right to a loyal and lifelong customer, can’t say you made the child’s Christmas this year”

In this day and age where there are so many options for a custom glove, 44 has failed to not only keep up but has seemingly lost their integrity along the way in the chase to sell volume.
Customer service was never their strong suit but it feels as though it may be run by a group of resentful 12 year olds.
I've had great experiences with other customs such as Bradley gloves (especially for youth), Wilson, Emery, Grace Gloves, Rawlings, Marucci, just to name a few. It's never fun dissapointing kids but it's a lesson learned.”

“We have purchased three customized gloves with 44 and have liked them. Our fourth and most recent Youth Glove purchase, however, felt a step down in quality. The leather didn't feel as good, but the thing we noticed most is how the leather in the inner fingers was twisted (see the picture). Looks like it was rushed or stitched incorrectly. Colors and customization look great.”
“Ordered the glove on the social media add. The page was glitchy and I never realised in the options that my glove type was youth. Now I have a fully customized keepsake. No 44 experience for me as I already own 3 other gloves. I was offered a half off order after I got a reply from my one day after ordering email response that took 3 weeks to receive. Customer service is not paramount to this company.”
