“Glove was to be white,orange,purple instead was white,orange,navy. Ordered in October for a Christmas present, didn't get resolution until near end of January. I had to deal with difficult customer service for 2 months, only to be told the colors were correct and my payment was refunded when I wanted the glove made correctly. It is unacceptable there is no one to contact other than customer service through a lacking email service, I even attempted to reach corporate got a recording to email customer service. I had a 4 month long frustration and still didn't receive the glove I needed for my daughter's Christmas gift. I assume this is a multi million dollar company and they should do a much better job of making customers happy. I would like to be contacted by someone from corporate office about my situation.”
“There are plenty of other glove companies to choose from. I went with 44 because of the amount of custom options available, and honestly the word of mouth. For being a one off glove, they got it to me in less time than I expected. The glove is absolutely flawless and I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on it. It is so good that I bought my oldest daughter one for Christmas this year and I bought custom batting gloves for myself and my three daughters who play fast pitch. The quality and craftsmanship is unmatched. I hope to be blessed enough to keep buying more 44 products.”
