Used it only once so far; more reviews will follow later; so far good experience though I find the price a bit expensive. Hopefully the color stays long too.

I was reluctant to try henna, as once you have used it you have to grow out the colour if you want to go back to a chemical colour. I have light brown hair that throws orange tones and was worried henna would either be to red or too dark - gladly this did not happen. Waiting 3 hours with henna is a time consuming process - but worth it. I have used Honey Shadow henna 3 times now and am really happy with the colour. The grey coverage is great and better than the permanent chemical colour I was previously using. My colour is a natural looking caramel colour with greys having blonde highlights. Henna is like a hair tonic and doesn't harm your hair like chemical colours. I was getting migraines from chemical hair dyes and no longer getting them using henna which is a natural organic product. I am now a henna fan!

I have thick, medium length, dark blonde hair. One box was the perfect amount to do my hair and the colour is the ginger of my dreams! My only complaint is the smell so next time I think I’ll leave the mixed spice out. Fair warning: it feels like it is forever stuck in your hair when you go to wash it out but conditioner eases it right out. So happy!

I can't exaggerate how delighted I am with this colour! I used it on my naturally blonde hair (sandy blonde with super lightened ends from the summer sun) and the colour is INCREDIBLE. It's a bold, vibrant, true copper red. Not for the faint-hearted! My hair is quite thick, so I used 2 x packets. Afterwards my hair feels divinely soft and moisturised. No nasty chemical dyes or silicone products required here! Application is a breeze if you just spend a bit of time setting up beforehand - I covered my bathroom basin in clingwrap and put an old towel on the floor.

This colour is so beautiful and vibrant, it does feel a little like putting mud in your hair but the results are always worth it! Unlike other red dyes, this does not wash out and fade so there is next to no up keep (except for when my roots start growing).

This covered my entire head of grey hair in the most beautiful shade of light brown with the lighter greys picking up dark blonde highlights. I couldn't believe it! I can't recommend this product highly enough....just magic!

The most interesting and scary hair colouring I've ever had but one worth trying again. The mix is like mud and you really do need to add a bit extra to make it thin enough to distribute through but throw away the scented sachet it is revolting. After washing it out my hair was bright orange it did darken a little bit over a couple of days just like henna does if you've ever tried it but still, I'm a full ginger now and not a deep red shadow as is pictured on the box which is not so great but on the other hand if I had done my eyebrows as well then no one would ever know it wasn't natural so i will definitely try another colour just not touching this shade again.
