I highly recommend them for bakers and anyone who uses baking paper and an oven often.
The only downside (but I don't think deserves a star reduction) is they can be a little annoying to wash thoroughly. My best way is to fill the small sink with boiling hot and soapy water and put them in, then spend time scrubbing it in sections.
It sounds arduous but it doesn't take that long!
Any burnt on gunk comes off very easily too, due to being silicone and I believe a bit non stick.”
