“I am a coeliac who shares a sandwich press with gluten eaters, so I bought these to use as a barrier around my toast. Not great for that purpose. I do intend to try on the BBQ to keep my meat separate. In the meantime I've had brilliant results using these as baking tray liners. Shorter cooking time, no sticking to the pan, and the best caramelised veggies (I used a bit of olive oil). Very flexible, so not super easy to wash up, but they are dishwasher safe so there's that option.”
