“I had bought a different brand’s baking sheets (Agreena) and was so disappointed as they were too thin and very quickly ended up with a hole in them (an unfortunate incident with a sharp knife tip). So, I bought these EverEco mats as a second attempt at eco baking sheets and I’m so glad I did. They are tough - no risk of accidental knife tip destruction here (still need to be careful of course). They are still thin enough to wrap food for baking eg. where a marinade or sauce is to be contained. They clean up much better than the Agreena sheets and the size of the EverEco mats is perfect for standard baking tray. I definitely recommend these and have just bought a second set to give to my mother for her baking.”
