It's not particularly creamy so I'm not sure how it would go in recipes but I have it every day with cereal & have no problems. It is a little watery compared to some other bottled nut mylks but the lack of waste makes up for that.”
“These milks are my go to, this and the hazelnut I mix for my daily nut milk. Perfect and the packaging is reusable or easily recyclable - the only thing I'd say is that you probably need a strong blender for a perfect smooth milk as I usually get some small chunks after a minute or so of blending so 4 stars really but the environmental side is worth it.”
