“Basically love it! I'm a recent convert to cycling via triathlon and haven't ridden a bike for probably 40 years, the Varia paired with a head unit has been a game changer for me, I am reasonably confident riding on the road but at higher speeds or windy days affecting hearing being surprised by a car at your elbow at ~60k can be a bit of a shock. With the Varia I always know what's behind me, it picks up cars, motorcycles, and even faster cyclists closing on you, 3 months in there have been no false positives, no missed vehicles even on group rides, it appears able to see through the bunch and still pick up closing cars.
I would have prefered usbc and longer battery life (apparently 7 hours is the max) but I just charge appropriately so these are minor gripes.”
