The sales team were usually respectful and helpful. Recently I have purchased a new Garmin bike computer, and my experience with the sales guy was not something that any paying customers should experience ( he was arrogant and rude without manners, I think he considered himself rather important ) , I have come to greatly regret purchasing anything from this particular store that day.
I have also witnessed the same sales person being rude to another customer whom he was assisting before me.
