“I purchased because they are supposed to be better than the first generation however they now have little speakers which are very faint & I could hardly hear, bone conduction is no longer a factor. The great thing about the first generation was the bone conduction because even with hearing problems you could still clearly hear & if you fitted ear plugs to mow or use power tools the sound was even louder & more bassy. The new ones you couldn't hear if you fitted earbuds. Very disappointing. Instead of going forwards they have gone backwards.”

“Comfortable, excellent sound clarity but not heavy on bass, better software used and multi connection is what I am happy with. Battery charging is fast and has long battery life compared to the Open Run Pro. Dont like the USB C for charging and eventually the rubber cover will break off. Prefer the Open Run Pro magnet style of charging.”
“I'm super impressed with this headset. The sound quality is excellent and because it uses bone conduction it doesn't cover my ears so I remain aware of whats going on around me. It's very light and comfortable to wear all day which is a first for me because I have never been able to do that before. The battery easily lasts all day though I'm using it for my phone so it doesn't get a flogging.
I previoulsy bought the base model for my austistic daughter who doesn't like new things and doesn't change easily but after some initial resistance she took to it very quickly and likes it best of all her listening devices now as she wears hers all day too and she has also never been able to wear even expensive headphones or earphones all day before.
As a bonus 99 bikes also had the best price I found in my online searches.
