“Husband loves the scooter. It was a great birthday present. Some feedback to think about though. It was a surprise and unfortunately he answered the door to the delivery guy a week before his birthday and saw the pic on the box and knew straight away what it was. Maybe I should’ve asked for it to be wrapped or maybe an option on delivery could be ‘Is this for a gift?’ I had nowhere else to send such a large parcel and that would’ve helped if it could’ve been wrapped up.”
“I got it about a month ago and have been very happy with it so far. The service was great, with Liam even setting it up for me before I picked it up and then registering it with me. It was my first scooter and I was picking it up without a car so I needed to ride it right away, that saved me from having to try to get it going in the carpark alone. They also took time to help me with accessories. As for the scooter, it is my first so I'm no expert, but I've found it to be really nice to ride even on longer trips.
