It offered excellent value, and after considering all the pros, we realized it was the smarter choice compared to the second-hand option. “Great experience buying from 99Bikes. They said if anything goes wrong with the scooter it will be in the workshop the next day. So good. Compare that to scooter Hut, it takes four weeks just to get a service appointment. So, if your scooter happens to break down (mine did 3 times in the first year (a different brand) you have to be prepared to be without it for five weeks every time something goes wrong with it. This scooter is my favourite one so far and I have bought a total of four scooters. The breaks, the suspension, I love everything about this scooter!!”
“I purchased the Max G2 on 23rd Nov and picked it up on 24th Nov. It starts to make funny noise from the back wheel after 3 days riding. Then I bring it back to 99bikes for warranty on 30th Nov. Today is 19th Dec, after almost 20 days, I am still waiting for response from them. It’s a totally unacceptable situation to me.”
“Scooter is responsive and steady. It's a bit high for someone who is 165cm though, the 10 inches wheel makes it a bit of a climb when kich pushing or kick starting the scooter, you would definately develop a good strong gluts once riding this scooter for a while. I wish there's an easy way to unlock the speed limit in private land. My only complain is the lack of loop or latch for locking the scooter and the electronic lock feature can be circumvented by factory reset the scooter.”
