“I got it about a month ago and have been very happy with it so far. The service was great, with Liam even setting it up for me before I picked it up and then registering it with me. It was my first scooter and I was picking it up without a car so I needed to ride it right away, that saved me from having to try to get it going in the carpark alone. They also took time to help me with accessories. As for the scooter, it is my first so I'm no expert, but I've found it to be really nice to ride even on longer trips. “Great experience buying from 99Bikes. They said if anything goes wrong with the scooter it will be in the workshop the next day. So good. Compare that to scooter Hut, it takes four weeks just to get a service appointment. So, if your scooter happens to break down (mine did 3 times in the first year (a different brand) you have to be prepared to be without it for five weeks every time something goes wrong with it. This scooter is my favourite one so far and I have bought a total of four scooters. The breaks, the suspension, I love everything about this scooter!!”
