“Staff member fitted new tube and tyre but forgot to tighten the valve stem. Had a flat tyre when I got the bike out of my car. Most disappointing though is the lack of affordable options in your store. Spent more than $80 on a single tyre - this is a crazy price for a bike that's ridden a few times a year.
I'm worried the 99 franchise has too much invested in premium stock rather than expanding the number of bikes ridden in the community via affordable options.”
