“I was in a bit of a pickle when I found out that my dog had chewed my bike tyre to smithereens. Not wanting to be late for my big brother’s wedding, my only option was to buy this tube from 99 bikes. Little did I know that there also needs to be a tyre in the mix somewhere, I proceeded to pump up the tube without one of those - bad Idea. The whole thing swelled up to the size of a king size bed and before I knew it - KABOOM!!! Luckily for me, my curious dog was watching the whole time and as it exploded, he bolted for the door in a panicked dash. After this experience, I highly doubt that the pooch will ever bite another bike tyre ever again. All in all a great product - highly recommend.”
“I’m more concerned with your lack of staff,or Staff with product knowledge ,I bought a cube hybrid Stereo 125 and the person didn’t even know how to operate anything on the bike including adjusting the saddle height ,,,There was know set up of the bike for my size or weight.As for that new so called machining he doesn’t communicate and has got skills to use computer or fix things ,I wanted to buy a simple spoke wrench ,he said haven’t got any use pliers…,?.!yeah ok and round the nipple ..sorry that’s no tradesman,”
