Opera Media Console Reviews

Opera is a modern media console designed for home theater enthusiasts and those who would like them to keep their enthusiasm out of sight. The slatted accordion doors are acoustically transparent, so you can keep them closed while enjoying pure, unmuffled audio from your soundbar, perched conveniently on the full-width shelf. The long, low profile is perfectly proportionate to today's big TVs, while the contemporary design keeps your living room looking clean.

Easy to assemble, looks great. Opening and closing can be a little tricky, need to perfectly balance the force when opening and closing so that the doors do not jamb up. A little shake and they come loose and are able to open and close again. Most frustrating thing about this purchase was the amount of time it took to receive the console. It was on backorder since I ordered which was ok because it was scheduled o ship between 02/24/24-03/09/24 but it actually arrived 03/26/24.

I was very impressed by how simple it was to set up. I didn't need any tools and was able to do it on my own. It also looks very nice in my apartment and I really like that it has a sound bar cutout inside. I also tested the sound quality with my soundbar located inside versus on top. The difference was minimal and I ended up putting it inside.

This stylish, functional unit is easy to assemble, and has more than enough room to accommodate all of your needs. In my cabinet, I've stored a sound bar, two network servers, a modem, and a switch box, and have room left for more equipment, should it be required. This is a very nice unit.

Let me start with that this this was packed so well for shipping that I bet it could have survived without a scratch dropping off a truck on the highway! Also easy assembly which was nice and it's as solid as I hoped it would be. Still new so time will tell how well it's use will hold up. Doors make be a little nervous for the long term with how they open/close, maybe could be a little smother feel, but OK at the starting use of it. I'd call this 4.5 star and only ding it due to cost which may have been just a tad high and overall door open/close smoothness.

We love our Opera Media Console! In fact we have two. One in our basement under our 75" TV and it is perfect. It holds our soundbar and our internet mesh extender out of they way and it does not block the sound or signal. The other is in our living room under our 65" Fram TV holding our soundbar. The Opera is the most beautiful piece of furniture. Easy to assemble and looks so much more expensive than it is. Such a welcome addition to our other Burrow furniture and classing up our house!
