I especially appreciate that I was not constantly being bombarded with email offers. There has been essential communication that explained everything I needed. Assembling the furniture was a breeze, we didn't need a single tool. The design is awesome and so clever. The furniture is quality and the exact look I was going for.”
“First of all, I love my couch. It didn’t take long at all to arrive after ordering and the packaging was SO organized / helpful. All it takes is a bit of elbow grease to get the latches aligned, which I lack on my own. I live in a walk up, so making the trips up and down was MUCH preferable than having to hoist up one solid couch on my own. I would absolutely recommend this for anyone living a transient life as I can tell this will make moving from place to place much easier. Also, it’s comfy enough to sleep on without the sleep kit, though the bedding it comes with makes it a dream to sleep on. I only gave this 4 stars because I could not fully assemble it on my own — but between 2 people with at least 1 strong person, it’s VERY easy to assemble.”
“Overall, my experience with Burrow has been great. The quality of the sofa is excellent. The cushions are nice and firm and it is a solid seating experience. I did receive a box with a missing back cushion, which customer service was quick to respond and resolve the issue. However, I received two replacement seats, not just the one I needed. The shipping/handling has been an interesting experience.
All that said, I will be a repeat customer of Burrow and recommend them to anyone shopping for new furniture.”
