“I bought a 4-seat Nomad sectional sofa plus a 3-seat standard sofa and connected them to make a 7-seat sectional. (To do this, I needed a few extra connectors, which Burrow sent for free.) I love the look of the furniture, and the light gray fabric matches everything else I own. I never thought I could fit a sectional in my tiny family room, but this one worked -- the scale of the furniture is compact without being cramped.
I have short legs and a weak back, so I'm thrilled that the Nomad seat cushions are firm and fairly shallow, and the back cushions are nearly vertical. Super comfortable for me, and very hard to find.
I did have 3 annoying difficulties during my Burrow purchasing experience, but they were all resolved satisfactorily:
(1) Shipping. I never got the emails warning me of imminent delivery. Eight boxes were just dumped in my driveway on Day 1 with no signature requested! Three more boxes arrived on Days 2-4, and the final box on Day 6. That final box apparently had a scuffed address label that caused it to be rerouted, opened up, and repacked by UPS, who then forgot to tell Burrow, who thought it was lost. But eventually everything was sorted out.
(2) Assembly. It took me, my husband, and our bodybuilder son two days to assemble this 7-seat monster. MUCH more difficult than we anticipated.
(3) Quality Control. The black dust covers that cover the seat bottoms (under the seat cushions) were cut too large and hung out the back of the sofa! (I discovered this too late in the assembly process. I tried to trim the dust covers then, but to do it right, I would have had to partially disassemble the sofa, which was not worth the bother. So I just shoved the excess black fabric in a crack and called it DONE.)
TO THEIR CREDIT, Burrow was very gracious about my complaints and sent me a complimentary blanket for my troubles! Nice gesture!
I would highly recommend Burrow to any friends who are easy-going and not expecting perfection.”

“I am very satisfied with the style, fabric and substance of the Burrow Nomad sofa. It is a firm sofa - but I knew that ahead of time from reading other reviews. Getting the arms to attach and lock into place did require two people and some strength but other than that the assembly was manageable. I would buy from Burrow again.”
“Amazing quality and so comfortable to sit on.i was worried to order offline and to a new company I'd never bought from. We are so pleased. It was delayed for a while but actually ended up arriving earlier than expected. We love the color and we get so many compliments on it. It was also wonderful that it came in boxes so we didn't run into problems with it fitting through doors. It was easy to put together. Overall LOVE this couch.”
